藿香正气水口服和消炎痛滴眼治疗春季结膜炎疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic effect on the treatment of vernal conjunctivitis with huoxisng zhengqiliquid and indomethacin

目的：观察藿香正气水口服和消炎痛滴眼治疗春季结膜炎的疗效。方法：对１１５例春季卡他性结膜炎患者以随机数字表方式分为治疗组６０例，对照组５５例，治疗组口服藿香正气水并用消炎痛滴眼液滴眼；对照组口服息斯敏并用色甘酸钠滴眼液滴眼。对治疗组治疗前后测定泪液免疫球蛋白和补体Ｃ＿３含量。结果：治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为９３．３％和８３．７％（Ｐ＜０．０５）；疗程均值为１７．６天和２１．５天（Ｐ＜０．０１）；随访２～３年，复发率为分别２６．６％（１２／４ｓ）和２９．７％（１１／３７）（Ｐ＞０．０５）。治疗组中治疗前泪液免疫球蛋白均值高于正常值，补体Ｃ＿３均值低于正常值；治疗后泪液免疫球蛋白和补体Ｃ＿３均值达正常范围。结论：藿香正气水口服和消炎痛滴眼是治疗春季结膜炎有效和安全的药物，对泪液免疫功能可能具有调节作用。

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effectiveness of huoxiang zhengqi liquid and indomethacin in treatment of vernal conjunctivitis NETHODS:115 patients with vernal conjunctivitiswere divided by random mumbertable 60 case as treantment group and 55 case as control group Thepatients were treated with oral huoxinng zhengqi liquid and indomethacin eye drop in treantmentgroup,and with oral astemizoli and cromolyn eye drop.Immunoglobulin and complement C3 in tearswere detetried before and after treatment in treatment grop.RESULTS:The effective rates was93.3%in treatment group and 83.7% in control group(P<0.05)respectively The treatment course(mean)was 17.6 days and 21.5 days(P< 0.01)respectively.After the followed-up periods of 2～3years that the rate of recurrenee was 26.6% and 29.7%(P>0.05)respectively.No marked side-effect was observed in treatment group.Before treatment,the mean value of Immunoglobulin intears was signmcantly higher than normal value,while the mean value of complement C3 in tearswas lower signiflcantly than normal value.After treatment the levels of Immunoglobulin and com-plement C3 returned into no rmal ranges.CONCLUSION:Combination of huoxiang zhengqiliquid and indomethacin eye drop are effectiVe and safe for treatment of vernal conjunctivitis andmav accommodate the immunologic function of tears.
