摘要
胜利炼油厂1.4 M t/a加氢裂化装置使用抚顺石油化工研究院开发的3936和ZHC-01中间馏分油型加氢裂化催化剂,采用北京设计院开发的单段双剂串联一次通过工艺。文章介绍装置的首次开工、运行情况,分析了催化剂的活性、稳定性、选择性。采用的工艺可满足产品的质量要求和装置长周期运转的要求。
Hydrocracking catalysts 3936 and ZHC-01 for middle distillates,developed by Fushun Petrochemical Institute,are used in 1.4 Mt/a hydrocracking unit,employing the 'one section two catalysts in series once-through process' developed by Beijing Chemical Design Institute.This paper presents the first-time startup and operation of this plant,analyzes the activity,stability and selectivity of the catalysts.This process can satisfy the requirements of the product quality and the long term operation of the plant.
