摘要
利用配棉等级1.8级细绒棉纺CJ 9.7 tex纱,为了有效控制毛羽,保证成纱质量,通过生产试验优化了工艺参数。开清工序适当降低打手速度,梳棉工序合理选用针布,精梳工序适当增加落棉率,并粗工序合理牵伸分配、适当增大粗纱捻系数,细纱工序优化锭速、适当增大细纱捻系数、优化配置卷捻机构和牵伸机构专件器材,络筒工序适当降低速度、合理配置张力及配用金属槽筒。实践表明:通过优化工艺、优选器材并加强生产管理,CJ 9.7 tex纱毛羽得到有效控制,质量达到用户要求。
Spinning CJ 9, 7 tex by using 1.8 grade medium cotton, in order to control hairiness effectively and yarn quality, processing parameters were optimized by production test such as reducing beater speed in opening and cleaning process, choosing carding cloth reasonably in carding process, increasing waste percentage in combing process, distributing draft and increasing roving twist factor in drawing and roving process, optimizing spindle speed, increasing twist factor and optimizing twist mechanism & draft mechanism in spinning process, reducing winding speed, arranging tension and using metal grooved drum in winding process. The practice shows that hairiness and yarn quality of CJ 9.7 tex can be controlled effectively by optimizing processing and accessories.
