Design and Practice of Group Suction Noil System of FA261 Comber

为解决FA261型精梳机机上滤尘系统设计存在的问题,将原滤尘系统拆除,采取了机器主风道与后方专用配套的复合圆笼除尘机组滤尘设备直接连接,处理两个不同的精梳机集体吸落棉系统的落棉和棉尘,较好地解决了精梳机自动集体吸落棉与空气过滤问题。

To resolve the existing problems in filter system of FA261 comber, former filter system was removed, main air-duct was connected with back compound duster to treat noil and dust from two different group suction noil systems of comber. The method can resolve problems of the automatic group suction noil and air filter.
