摘要
为了将HHT分析法应用到棉条、细纱故障的诊断中,详细介绍了H ilbert-Huang变换(HHT)的H ilbert时频谱分析方法,并将其应用到棉条、细纱信号分析中。以棉条信号为例介绍了经验模态分解过程,进而求得的H ilbert幅值谱,揭示了信号能量在时域和频域同时变化的过程。通过HHT方法辅助传统波谱图分析进行故障诊断,能够快速、确切地判断出奇偶数谐波信号引起的机械故障。
To apply HHT analyses method in diagnosing fault of cotton sliver and spun yarn, Hilbert-Huang analyses method was analyzed, and it was applied in cotton sliver signal and spun yarn signal. Take cotton sliver signal for example, empirical mode decomposition were introduced, and Hilbert spectrum was got. Change course of signal energy in different time area and different frequency area were introduced. HHT method with traditional method can find the machine fault more quickly and more exactly.
