基于T6963点阵式液晶显示模块的应用分析

为了实现内置T6963液晶显示模块在实际问题中应用更方便,采取内置T6963点阵式液晶显示模块与8051的并行扩展I/O接接口芯片8255A的接接口设计及8255A的PC接口单一置复位控制的方法,通过对电路的硬件、软件合理设计,给出了LCD正常工作的基本条件以及相关的程序、程序流程图,从而更方便的实现了人机对话。

In order to realize convenient application of T6963 liquid crystal display module in the actual problem, this paper introduces the interface design of dot-matrix LCD module based on inter T6963 controller and 8031 ＇s parallel expanding chip 8255A, through the seasonable design of the electric circuit hardware and software ,it gives the single set-reset control of PC port on 8255A. Furthermore, it puts forward the fundamental conditions of LCD normal operation, relative program and programming process diagram, thus realizing man-machine dialogue. more convenient.
