煤矿视频编码帧内预测模式快速算法

Fast mode intraprediction algorithm for coal mine video encoding

摘要 针对煤矿井下这一特殊环境下的视频监控要求和视频序列特点,提出了基于H.264/AVC标准的煤矿井下视频编码的一种帧内预测模式快速算法。通过仿真实验证明,该算法与原H.264/AVC标准算法相比,对于IPPPP类型帧序列,可节约15%左右的编码时间;对于全I帧视频序列,可节约30%左右的编码时间,而视频质量(PSNR)和码率几乎不变。 In view of video monitoring requirements and the specialty of video sequences in the special environment of coal mine underground, a fast mode intraprediction algorithm for video encoding in coal mine underground based on H.264/AVC is proposed. Proved by data in simulating, this algorithm could save about 15% encoding time for IPPP frame sequences and about 30% encoding time for all I frame sequences compared to the original H.264/AVC standard algorithm with almost the same bit rates and video quality (PSNR).
