摘要
以89C51单片机为核心,配合传感器、ADC0809A/D转换芯片、LCD显示器以及打印机等组成动态检测系统,利用文氏管除尘器的标准节流特性结合流体力学的基本原理,实现对实际工况下除尘系统中流量的动态检测。实验证明,流量采集系统对于动态信号的处理与实际值基本一致,系统测试结果的误差平均值为1.8%,在误差允许范围内,表明该系统性能稳定。
Dynamic detection system is composed of single-chip 89C51 as the core, sensors, ADC0809A/D conversion chips, LCD monitors and printers, etc. Dynamic detection of removal system flow is realized in the actual work condition by using standard throttle characteristic of the venture separator and basic principles of hydrodynamics. Experiments prove that the flow collection system for dynamic signal processing is accord with actual value. Average error value of testing results of the system is 1.8% and is in the scope of error allowed. This shows the system is stable.
