摘要
根据闭式压力机组合机身结构及受力特点,建立了实用的机身计算模型,以JF75G-125A型压力机为例,对组合机身进行静、动态有限元分析,阐述了机身在不同工况下接触压力的变化规律,获取了机身结构的前三阶固有频率及振型。
Based on the characteristics of structure and the force of the close combined frame of Type JF75G- 125A high-speed press,the calculating model of the frame in utility has been established,the structural static and dynamic analysis with FEM have been achieved.The rule of contact pressure of the frame in three work conditions has been expounded and inhesion frequency and type of first three modes have been obtained.
