摘要
为研究扁钢精整过程中,扁钢的变形和轧制力的变化规律,利用弹塑性有限元方法建立了扁钢精整过程的分析模型,系统模拟了扁钢精整的全过程。膜式壁扁钢精整作为高轧件的轧制与普通的板带轧制有所不同,膜式壁扁钢精整主要是在扁钢的宽度方向轧制,而普通板带轧制主要是在其厚度方向的轧制。本文计算并分析了扁钢精整过程中轧制力、应力场、应变场等的变化规律。模拟结果与物理测得的现场数据吻合较好,为精确计算各精整参数提供了参考数据。
In order to study the rule of distortion and draught pressure during precise finishing process,the FE model has been established.The whole course of finishing has been simulated systematically.The rule of rolling force, stress field and strain field during finishing have been calculated and analyzed in detail. The simulation results were in good agreement with the physical data, offering reference data for calculation of design parameter.
