对城市规划建筑方案审查电子报批系统进行了详细分析与设计,总体上系统分为辅助设计与报建审核两大部分,分别划分相应的功能模块.重点介绍了图层划分与创建、属性分类与定义、图线转换、图形自相交、相交、重合和包含检测、属性检测,以及相应技术指标统计方法.同时,介绍了基于AutoCAD绘图软件ObjectArx二次实现技术,并给出一应用实例.

This paper gives a detailed analysis and design of the urban planning system in electronic reporting and electronic authorizing, including aided design and construct censoring ,demarcating function module. The paper introduces layer demarcating and creating,attribution classification and definition, check of graphic linetype exchange , self--interaction , interaction, coinaging and including ,check of attribution and statistics method of technology subject. The paper introduces customer developed system realization technique based on AutoCAD ObjectArx software also; finally, presents an application instance.
