钢纤维混凝土细观的参数测量

摘要 针对钢纤维混凝土研究中缺乏有效纤维分布细观几何参数检测手段的状况,提出了基于计算机图形图像技术的纤维分布细观几何参数的测量方法,并论述了该方法的测量原理,根据钢纤维混凝土图像的特点,设计了对图像进行图像分割、噪声消除、特征提取、直线拟合等计算机图形图像处理、然后进行参数测量的方案.对曲靖—陆良高速公路钢纤维混凝土试验路面进行了纤维分布细观几何参数测量实验,实验表明,测量数据准确可靠. In order to solve the lack of effective method to measure these submicroscopic geometric parameters, a method of submicroscopic geometric parameters of steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) is put forward basing computer image and figure processing. The principle of measurement is discussed; and a measurement project including firstly such computer image and figure processing as image recognition, noise pollution, beeline fitting to obtain character of target image and realization of visualization, secondly calculation of submicroscopic geometric parameters of SFRC, is designed. An experiment has been done for measurement for submicroscopic geometric parameters of SFRC pavement of Qujing-Luliang expressway. The results show that the measurement data is accurate and credible.
