矿渣的掺量与细度对水泥浆体工艺特性的影响

摘要 采用扫描电镜观察发现,在粉磨时间相同的条件下,矿渣颗粒的圆度系数比熟料小得多,但随粉磨时间的延长,矿渣颗粒的圆度系数增大。矿渣的颗粒形貌影响新拌水泥浆体的微观结构,在本试验条件下,随矿渣取代熟料量的增加,水泥浆体的流动度减小,泌水量增大;随矿渣比表面积的增大,水泥浆体的流动度增大,而泌水量减小。 By means of SEM, the phenomenon was found that the roundness coefflcient of slag particles was much smaller than that of clinker when the slag was grinded with clinker together in ball mill, but the roundness coefficient of slag particles increased with the elongation of grinding time. The morphology of slag particles influenced the microstructure of fresh cement paste, aecording to this testing condition, with the increase of slag quantity that replaced clinker, the fluidity of cement paste decreased and bleeding increased. With the increase of specific surface area of slag, the fluidity of cement paste increased and bleeding decreased.
