采用电视实况观察统计和比较分析的方法，对2004年欧洲足球锦标赛的进球得分时段及特征进行分析研究，结果表明：足球比赛进球具有时间段规律，这种规律表现为：①比赛上半时段进球较少，上半时段的前15min是进球得分的最少时区；②进球得分主要出现在比赛的下半时段，而76-90min是进球得分的高峰时区．

By applying live broadcasting survey and contrastive analysis, the paper makes an analysis of the goaling time period of Europe Soccer 2004 so as to provide the players and coaches with very instructive deta. The paper has got the findings that the goaling has its regularity. 1. there are less goals in the first half, of which there is least goal in first 15 minutes; 2. there are more goals in the second half, of which 76-90 minutes is the best period.
