摘要
理论上,“择校”行为则更多地表达出教育内在的公平与效率的张力;实践中,“择校热”反映了公共教育资源特别是优质的公共教育资源的分配不均。为了从根本上解决“择校”问题,既需要人们在思想观念上坦然接受“择校”行为,又需要人们努力探索当下“择校”问题的解决方法,并从宏观上深刻反思我国教育政策传统,研究借鉴国外基础教育改革经验,积极开展“择校”改革的实验研究,促使我国基础教育的政策抉择具有适度的远瞻性。
Looking at the theory," school--chosen'behavior can be expressed the tension between equality and efficient education,which warns of the discrepancy about equlity and efficient education in the new era. Looking at the practice ,"the popular school chosen" shows the lackness of qulity education resource and the unbalance of distribution. In order to solve the problem thoroghly, we should not only appreciate to accepte those activities, but also rethink our traditional education policy in the macro vision, study and use for reference the innovation experiences of other countries in the elementary education, and develop the foresight.
