日本青少年道德危机的现状及原因探析

On Present Situation and Reasons of Japanese Adolescent Moral Crisis

当代日本青少年道德危机主要表现为以欺侮、校内暴力和其他青少年不良行为为特征的表层危机和以基本规范意识的淡薄、人际关系的淡漠和缺乏目标意识为特征的深层危机。造成这种现状的原因不仅有经济、政治、文化和社会生活等教育外部的因素,也有教育的方针政策、学校教育的划一性和封闭性、学校的管理主义学校道德教育的问题等教育内部的因素。

The present moral crisis of Japanese adolescent is reflected by the crisis at a surface level, which is characterized by bullying, violence in schools and other adolescent disciplines, and also the crisis at a deep level, which is characterized by the weak consciousness of basic norms, the indifference to public relationships and the unawareness of aims. The reasons behind the moral crisis include not only external factors, such as factors in economic, political, cultural and social life, but also internal factors, such as educational guidelines and policies, the uniformity and closeness of school education, the principles of school management and problems in the school moral education.
