摘要
同行评价是美国中小学开展教学评价所采取的一种重要方式,能够实现教师在评价中的民主参与,促进全体教师的专业发展,提高教学评价结果的信誉程度。同行评价过程包括教师评价员的选择与培训、课堂教学观察、教学档案袋审阅、教师同伴讨论等重要环节。为在我国中小学有效地实施同行评价,学校应当健全制度保障,为评价人员提供有利的支持条件,同时,评价双方要坚持诚信原则。
Peer review is an important means of teaching evaluation used by American elementary and secondary schools. It can bring about democratic teacher participation in evaluation, enhance all--teachers professional development and improve the creditability of evaluation results. The process of peer evaluation includes the selection and training of teacher-evaluators, classroom observation, teaching portfolio assessment and peer conferences. In order for elementary and secondary schools in China to effectively implement peer review, schools should set the regulations and provide evaluators with adequate support. Meanwhile, evaluators and teachers should uphold the principal of mutual trust.
