摘要
苏通大桥辅桥主墩承台平面尺寸大,承台厚,桩基为梅花形布置,底板呈凹凸状,形状复杂,根据上述特点,并结合承台防撞结构设计的要求,吊箱设计为单壁结构。主要介绍该吊箱的各结构设计要点和结构计算情况。
The main pier caps for Auxiliary Bridge of Suzhou-Nantong Bridge feature in large plan dimentions and thickness, with pile foundation in plum layout pattern and bottom plate in concave and convex profile in a complicated shape. Single -wall is adopted in the design of the cofferdams in conjunction with the requirements on anti-collision structure design for the main piers. The requirements on anti-collision for the pier caps are met to the fullest extent, and moreover, weight of these cofferdams is reduced and material saved. Accordingly, condition is offered for whole lifting and installation by large floating crane . This article mainly presents the main points of design for various structure of the steel cofferdams and related structure calculations under all conditions.
