摘要
目的探讨生物阻抗法与热稀释法测心排血量(CO)的准确性和相关性。方法对11例危重病患者经颈内静脉置入右心漂浮导管,利用GE MARQUE SORLAR 8000M心电系统计算CO,并按标准方法连接胸腔阻抗法血流动力学监测仪,比较2种方法测定CO的相关性和准确性。结果11例共进行39次配对测量CO,热稀释法测得CO为(5.52±2.60)L/min,阻抗法测得CO为(4.59±1.32)L/min。2种测得结果进行相关性分析,r=0.69,P<0.001;配对资料t检验,t=3.95,P<0.001,说明2组数据具有统计学差异。结论阻抗法和热稀释法测CO具有良好的正相关性,但是前者准确性尚不够,临床中尚不足以替代热稀释法测量CO。
Objective It is to study the veracity and correlation of bioimpedance and thermodilution in determining cardiac output (CO). Methods Right ventricle floating catheters were inserted from internal jugular veins of 11 patients with serious disease to determine CO with GE MARQUE SORLAR 8000M. At the same time Cardiodynamics BioZ System was connected according to standard method. Veracity and correlation of the two methods in determining CO were compared. Results CO was determined for 39 times in the patients. CO determined by thermodilution was (5.52±2.60) L/min, and that by biompedance was (4.59±1.32) L/min. Correlative analysis of the result determined showed that r = 0.69, P 〈 0. 001. And t test of pairing data showed that t = 3.95, P 〈 0. 001. There was a significant difference in the data of the two groups. Conclusion Bioimpedance has a good correlation with thermodilution in determining CO, but the former can't take the place of the latter because its veracity is not enough.
