高F值寡肽混合物电渗析脱盐极限电流的确定与极化模型

摘要 为对高F值寡肽混合物进行电渗析脱盐,采用自己设计组装的小型电渗析装置,对其极化现象进行了探讨,用电流-电压法测定了不同条件下的极限电流,分析了影响极限电流的各种因素。实验结果表明:提高温度与流速及增加水中离子的浓度,都在一定程度上提高了极限电流,从而提高电渗析器的性能。通过大量的实验数据回归得出了极化模型,并与实验结果比较,发现最大误差为0.936%,最小误差为0.007%,平均误差近为0.416%。 A small electrodialytic system was designed and manufactured to study the desalination kinetics of the oligo-peptide mixture and to investigate the polarization in electrodialysis. The polarization was studied. Factors influencing the limited current were analysed and a mathematical model was proposed. The result indicated that if the temperature,the concentration of the ion in media and electric current were raised, the limited current will be increased. Then the performance of electrodialysor will be effective. A large number of experimental data and calculation results were compared, the maximum error crror was 0.936%, the minimal. error was0.007% and the mean error was0.416%.
