丙烯酸酯类介质槽车洗涤方法的研究

Study on washing way for acrylic ester tanker

运输化工产品的铁路槽车,在槽车使用规定周期时间或特殊情况下(如改装其它产品)必须进行洗涤,并且根据所运输产品性质不同而采用不同的洗涤方法。通过对丙烯酸酯类产品的性能进行研究与实验,表明:用NaOH水溶液做洗涤剂,用Na4SiO4做缓蚀剂可以洗涤此类产品介质的槽车。

The railway tanker for transport chemical products must be washed in period or special condition, washing methods are various, according to the product＇s character. Experiment of researching acrylic ester character shows that the railway tanker used in transporting acrylic e.ster products can be washed with the solution mixed NaOH and Na4SiO4.
