摘要
研究了激光焊接技术对牙科铸造纯钛的机械性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响。用扫描电境观察焊缝区形貌并测试了焊件的抗拉强度。结果表明:激光焊接对铸钛的机械性能及耐应力腐蚀性能无明显影响。
An experimental set-up was designed for measuring the mechanical and corrosion properties of laser-welded dental cast pure titanium. Twenty specimens were sectioned and welded. Ten welded specimens were subjected to the stress-corrosion test in the 37℃ artificial saliva for 90 days. The surface of laser-welded area of both groups were observed with SEM. Tensile testing was taken to determine ultimate tensile strength. Metallographic examination of welded surface was done. There were no differences in ultimate tensile strength between specimens. Welded area showed ductile and fragile character and needle-like structure. The effects of laser welding on the mechanical and corrosion properties of the cast pure titanium were not significant.
