ZnSe Nanocrystalline Fabricated by High Energy Ball Milling

摘要 介绍了一种采用高能球磨方法制备ZnSe纳米晶粉体的新方法。通过实验获得了最佳球磨工艺参数。ZnSe粉体的XRD分析表明,在氮气保护下,球磨60 min即可获得纯立方闪锌矿结构,避免了ZnO相的出现。晶粒的尺寸用Scherrer公式计算为5 nm,用TEM直接观察的尺寸为10 nm左右。同时电子衍射分析也证明了所获得的纳米ZnSe粉体为立方闪锌矿结构。 Zinc Selenide (ZnSe) is an important Ⅱ -Ⅵ semiconductor material with wide hand gap. In this paper, high energy ball milling setup was used to synthesis the ZnSe nanocrystalline powder, The optimal processing parameters of ball milling have been obtained by experiments. The XRD analysis shows that the pure ZnSe nanocrystalline powders with cubic sphalerite structure and without any ZnO phase are obtained after ball milling for 60 min at high purity N2 atmosphere. The size of ZnSe crystalline was calculated by Scherter equation as about 5 nanometers and directly observed by TEM as about 10 nanometers. The electron diffraction pattern analysis showed that the phase structure of nanocrystalline ZnSe powders is cubic sphalerite.
