摘要
在封闭氮气气氛下,对纳米TiO2高温碳氮化合成成分接近xN=0.5的纳米晶Ti(C,N)固溶体粉末进行了研究。结果表明,当以C/Ti值为2.5配料。炉内氮气压为0.005 MPa时,一定量纳米TiO2和纳米碳黑的混合料在1500℃下等温热处理4 h可以制得晶粒尺寸为31 nm、主相为Ti(C0.45,N0.55)的球形固溶体粉末。
Synthesis of nanocrystalline Ti(C,N) solid solution powders in close nitrogen atmosphere with. xN=0.5 via high temperature carbonization and nitrification of nano TiO2 was investigated in this paper. The results indicate that the spherical Ti(C0.45,N0.55) solid solution powders of 31 nm in grain size can be synthesized by nano TiO2 and nano carbon black mixing powders with motor ratio of 2.5:1, at 1500℃ for 4 h under nitrogen pressure of 0.005 MPa.
