摘要
烧结金属多孔材料兼具金属材料和多孔材料的特性,具有机械强度高、可焊接、抗腐蚀、耐高温、易加工等优点,呈现出功能性强、应用面广、新品种不断涌现、使用空间不断拓展的现象。近年来,金属多孔材料的研究较为活跃,形成了多学科并存的制备技术体系,开发出了一系列新的材质、新型孔结构及物理化学性能的金属多孔材料,并耳很快进入了实际应用。随着现代工业的进步,金属多孔材料正朝着高性能、多功能化方向发展,具体体现在孔结构的梯度化、孔径的微细化、材质的合金化复合化、制备与应用研究一体化等等,是新材料家族中特别具有生命力的一类可持续发展的材料。
Sintered porous metals with traits of metals and porous materials have many attractive properties, such as higher mechanical strength, good solderability, corrosion resistance, and excellent machinability. Its application and properties quickly expand resent years. Recently, the research of porous metal material has entered to a stirring period, and a series of porous metals with various materials, new pore structure, different physical and chemistry properties have been developed and found their actual applications soon. With the development of modern industry, the development of porous metal material is now tending higher properties and multi-functionalization, embodied in gradient pore structure, micronized pore size, composition of various material, integration of preparation and application research, and so on. In the comprehensive view, the porous metal is a sort of attractive materials with excellent sustainable vitality.
