摘要
比较1987年与1994年对麻风病人的两次膳食营养调查,结果表明,随着家庭经济状况的好转,病人的食物摄入量在7年里明显增长,膳食质量也有提高;来源于动物性食物的热能在1987占7.9%,1994年占8.6%;膳食热能、蛋白和脂肪的摄入量,1994年比1987年分别增长了20.435,14.08%和27.59%。但病人的体质指数在7年里变化不大,其膳食结构仍存在不少问题。
Two surveys of diet and nutrition in leprosy patients in 1987 and 1994 showed that in this period of time both the amount and quality of diet for them have bettered with in- crease of their income,i. e. the calorie taken from anima) foods has increased from 7. 9% in 1987 to 8. 6% in 1994 and intake of calorie,protein and fat increased by 20. 43%, 14. 08% and 27. 59% respectively.
