摘要
广东省泗安医院于1974～1984和1984～1994年分别应用氨苯砜和MDT治疗麻风患者60例,进行疗效比较。 每天由医务人员监服DDS 100mg和B66350mg,每月一次利福平600mg和B663 300mg。
Sixty MB leprosy Patients were treated with DDS alone in 1974 -1984 and other 60 MB cases with WHO's MDT in 1984 to 1994. Bacteriological negativity has come in the 54th month of DDS monotherapy, but in the 30th month of MDT on the average. In addition, ENL reaction was less in the latter,being 31 to 43 cases.
