摘要
采用等温CVI工艺制备出5种不同炭纳米纤维含量(质量分数分别为0,5%,10%,15%和20%)的炭/炭复合材料。发现添加炭纳米纤维的炭/炭复合材料具有很高的力学性能,在加入炭纳米纤维为5%时,相对于没有添加炭纳米纤维的炭/炭复合材料,弯曲强度增大了76.3%,弹性模量增大了55.5%,但添加量增大到20%时,强度和模量都逐渐降低。
Five carbon nanofibor (CNFs) reinforced carbon composites containing 0, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% CNFs were prepared in order to investigate the effect of CNFs addition on the performance of C/C composites. The results show that the CNF- reinforced carbon composites exhibit higher mechanical properties than the composites without CNFs addition, the flexural strength of the composite with 5% of CNFs is increased by nearly 76. 3% and the flexural modulus is increased by nearly 55.5% compared to that of the composite containing no CNFs. Increasing the CNFs content to 20%, both the flexural strength and flexural modalus decrease from their maximum values at 5% loading.
