多层螺旋CT后处理技术在脊柱检查中的应用价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT在脊柱检查中的应用价值。方法:对35例脊柱病变进行多层螺旋CT容积扫描,应用多平面重组(multiplanar reformation,MPR)、曲面多层面重组(curved multiplanar reformation,CMPR)、表面遮盖显示(shaded sur-face displays,SSD)、容积显示技术(volume rendering technique,VRT)、切面VRT(slab VRT)对所得容积数据进行后处理,观察各种后处理方法在显示脊柱结构或病变中的效果。结果:MPR在观察椎间盘、椎体骨质增生、椎间隙和脊柱曲度方面具有优势,CMPR在观察椎间隙及脊柱侧弯方面具有优势,SSD和VRT在观察椎体骨质增生、脊柱曲度、椎体附件小关节、椎间孔、脊柱侧弯和脊柱整体形态具有优势,切面VRT在观察椎间隙、脊柱曲度、椎体附件小关节和椎间孔方面具有优势。结论:多层螺旋CT在脊柱的检查中有着独特的优势,应该根据不同的疾病选择不同的后处理方式。 Objective: To evaluate the value of multi-slice CT in the diagnosis of vertebral column disease. Methods: 35 cases underwent multi-slice CT scanning and MPR, CMPR, SSD,VRT, section VRT were used with the volume data to study the post processing images. Results: MPR can display the intervertebral discs, hyperosteosis of vertebral body, intervertebral space and the curvature of vertebral column clearly. CMPR can show lateral curvature of the vertebral column easily. SSD and VRT was suitable to show hyperosteosis of vertebral body, the curvature of vertebral column, lateral curvature of the vertebral column, appendix of vertebra and the morphous of vertebral column. Section VRT can show the intervertebral space, the curvature of vertebral column, appendix of vertebra and intervertebral foramina. Conclusion: Multi-slice CT scan have unique superiority in vertebral column examination and post processing methods are used according to different diseases.
