低剂量螺旋CT扫描技术,即能保证图像质量,又能降低患者在接受检查时的辐射水平。适当降低螺旋CT扫描剂量,特别是在成人胸部、鼻窦及儿童颅脑中的应用很有价值,值得推广。本文对低剂量螺旋CT扫描技术在临床的应用现状及进展加以综述。

Low-dose CT examination not only assures quantity of images, but also lowers the level of radiation while the patients accepting check. It is valuable to lower the radiation, especialy at the chest, paranasal sinus and child encephalic. This article introduce the low-dose CT examination applied status and advances in the clinical.
