摘要 目的:采用膳食平衡指数(DBI)评价方法,了解重庆地区在校大学生膳食质量状况,为指导大学生合理膳食提供理论依据。方法:选取重庆市高等院校大学生基本情况和膳食调查资料,采用DBI评分及评价方法评价在校大学生膳食质量水平及存在的问题。结果:目前重庆市大学生膳食状况仍存在摄入不足和过量的问题;男、女生膳食质量存在着一定的差异;大部分学生膳食结构特点为B模式;经济因素对膳食质量无明显影响。结论:大学生仍存在膳食结构不平衡的问题,并存在性别差异,其主要影响因素并不是经济因素。模式B在人群中所占比例还较多,提示在校大学生的营养膳食状况还有值得改进之处。 Objective: This survey used Diet Balance Index as a useful measurement to evaluate the diet quality of university students. Methods: University students in urban areas of Chongqing were recruited in this survey, who were asked to complete 24 hours recall of dietary information. Diet quality was evaluated by using DBI scoring and evaluating system. Results: Inadequate food intake and excessive food intake were both problems among the students. Dietary quality is different between males and females. The diet quality is not affected by fare expense level. Conclusion: There were nutritional problems among the university students. Compared with female students, the males usually had more problems with their diet quality. Fare expense was not the main reason affecting diet quality. It was suggested there are much more work can be done to improve the diet quality among the university students.
