摘要
本文首先介绍“ISO 10646中国语言用音标符号集”项目,然后介绍“中国通用音标符号集”的内容,接下来讨论制定音标符号集时碰到的一些问题及解决的办法。最后给出了“中国通用音标符号集”的“术语表”和除五度制字母式声调符号之外的音标符号总表。
This paper gives a sketch of the project ＂The Universal Phonetic Symbol Set of Chinese Languages with ISO/IEC 10646 Standards＂, introduces the content of the Set, discusses the problems encountered in formulating the Set, and proposes the solutions. At the end are two appendices： a glossary of the phonetic terms and a chart of the phonetic symbols used in the Set.
