摘要
本研究应用血凝抑制试验(HI),在2005年初,于黑龙江省绥化、海林两地区散养的临床健康的猪、家禽中采集血清样品178份,对其进行了血清学检测,并将获得的血清学检测数据进行了统计学分析。分析结果显示,绥化地区采集的血清样品共计60份,其中家禽中抗H9亚型流感病毒抗体阳性样品24份,占家禽检测总样品数(45份)的53.3%;在海林市地区采集的血清样品共计118份,其中家禽中抗H9亚型流感病毒抗体阳性样品29份,占家禽被检测总样品数(88份)的32.9%。在两地猪群中的血清学检测结果发现,抗H9亚型流感病毒抗体阳性率较高,分别占猪血清检测样品(14/15,19/30)的93.3%和63.3%,两地的畜禽检测中均未检测到H5、H7亚型抗流感抗体。本次试验检测结果表明,在黑龙江省的畜禽养殖中,尤其是猪与家禽当中,存在抗H9亚型流感病毒的抗体,推断可能有该亚型流感病毒的传播;未检到H5、H7亚型流感病毒抗体,在本次检测中可以初步判定在被检测的畜禽当中不存在高致病性禽流感病毒感染与流行。
Hemagglutinin-inhibition test is used in this study to monitor the 178 serum samples from healthy and unimmuned swine, duck, goose and chicken in Heilongjiang province on May in 2005. Furthermore, the data are analyzed statistically. The results of samples from Suihua showed that the sample numbers of the positive of antibody anti-H9 subtype IV are 24, the positive rate is 53.3 % (of 45 samples); the result of samples from Hailin showed that the samples numbers of the positive of antibody anti-H9 subtype IV are 29 the positive rate is 32.9 % (of 88 samples). The result of samples from swine in Suihau and Hailin showed that the sample numbers of the positive of antibody anti-H9 subtype IV are 14( of 15) in Suihua and 19(of 30) in Hailin, the positive rate is 93.3 %, 63.3 %, respectively. Although anti-H5 subtype avian influenza was not tested out in swine and poultry.It showed that H9 subtype influenza virus is prevalent in poultry and swine in Heilongjiang province.
