摘要
针对SF-160型液压泵站中的动圈式电液伺服阀SV-10,设计了一种双极性脉宽调制(PWM)式伺服放大器,接收模拟控制信号,输出幅值为±10 V的双极性PWM驱动信号,以控制SV-10的开度(流量).在此介绍了电液伺服控制系统的组成,对伺服放大器中的三角波发生器、PWM调制原理和功率放大级电路进行了详细说明,并分析了伺服阀对PWM信号的频率响应特性.
For the moving coil electro-hydraulic servo valve SV-10 in SF-160 type hydraulic pump station,a bipolarity pulse-width modulation (PWM) servo amplifier is designed,which receives analog control signals,and outputs PWM driving signals with the amplitude of ±10 V to control SV-10' s opening degree(or flow). This paper introduces the composition of electro-hydraulic servo control system. Especially, the triangular wave generator, PWM principle and the power amplifier stage circuit in the servo amplifier are described. Finally,the frequency response of servo valve to the PWM driving signal is analysed.
