摘要
利用空间坐标系旋转和平移的方法,构建了螺杆挤出机螺槽的三维螺旋体模型。应用映射法对其法向截面划分网格,用逐层排列原理对空间螺旋体进行离散,从而为三维螺旋体流场数值计算前处理提供了一种新的方法。
In this paper, a 3D helical model of the screw channel in a single-screw extruder is set up using the method of rotation and translation of the coordinate system. The grid of the normal section is generated by the 2D-mapping method, and the discrete processing of the helical model is performed by the layer-by-layer assembly method. As a result, a new pre-processing method is provided for numerical analysis of the flow field in a screw extruder.
