摘要
以硅胶、平均粒径为5μm的玻璃粉和碳酸氢钠为原料,通过调整硅胶、玻璃粉和碳酸氢钠的质量比制成直径为2 cm左右的小球,焙烧后得到了有一定强度并能浮在水面上的多孔玻璃球。在一定浓度的TiO2溶胶中将此多孔玻璃球浸渍三次,然后在500℃下高温晶化,将锐钛矿型TiO2成功地固定在多孔玻璃球的表面上。在1 h内可将浓度为2×10-5mol.L-1的亚甲基蓝溶液完全降解,表明该载有TiO2的多孔玻璃球具有很好的光催化活性。
Buoyant porous glass balls loaded with nanocrystalline TiO2 have been prepared. The effect of varying the preparation conditions on the strength and buoyancy of the porous glass balls was investigated. The optimal ratio of starting materials, calcination temperature and processing conditions were determined. The morphology of the samples was characterized by SEM. The photocatalytic activity was investigated by degradation of methylene blue solution.
