社区卫生服务中心从业人员的中医药社区卫生服务知识、行为与态度的调查

Survey about Knowledge,Behavior and Attitude of Traditional Chinese Medicine Community Health Services in Jobholders from Community Health Service Center

目的了解上海市社区卫生服务中心从业人员对中医药社区卫生服务的知识、行为与态度的状况。方法利用抽样调查的方法,对上海市21所社区卫生服务中心889名职工发放了调查问卷,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果从业人员的观念在逐步转变,同时非常关注政府政策对社区卫生服务的支持和人才培养,中医药服务已经逐渐被从业人员所接受,但是中医诊疗并不受重视。结论应当充分发挥中医药在社区卫生服务中的优势,加强对从业人员的中医药社区卫生服务培训,从政策、经费、培养等方面加快中医药社区卫生服务的发展。

Objective To impel the development of traditional Chinese medicine community health services （CMCHS） better and to understand the condition about the knowledge, behavior and attitude of CMCHS in the jobholders from Shanghai community health service center （SCHSC）. Methods The questionnaire survey to 889 staff and workers from 21 SCHSC was carried on by using sample investigation method. Results Jobholder＇s idea had gradually changed. Simultaneously, they had extremely paid attention to the policy of the government about supporting community health services and talent training. Traditional Chinese medicine has already gradually accepted by the jobholders. But the practice of traditional Chinese medicine had not been attached importance, Conclusion The superiority of CMCHS should be brought into full play, The training of jobholders for CMCHS should be strengthened, The development of CMCHS should be speeded up in aspect of policy, funds, and training.
