北京地区糖尿病高风险人群代谢综合征的特点 被引量:4

摘要 目的调查北京地区糖尿病高风险居民代谢综合征的患病情况及特点。方法对1995~1996年北京地区年龄≥25岁城市农村各半的20682名居民进行标准馒头餐试验。对馒头餐后2h血糖≥120mg/dl者行OGTT检查,并行血胆固醇、三酰甘油、血胰岛素、尿白蛋白、心电图、血压检查。结果(1)糖尿病高风险人群中根据CDS诊断标准诊断为代谢综合征(MS)者554人,占37.41%,北京地区MS患病率为3.13%;(2)大兴县MS患病占49.86%,各地区各检测指标间差异有显著性意义;(3)年龄、BMI、血压、血糖、胆固醇、三酰甘油是MS的独立影响因素;(4)MS的代谢异常存在增龄效应,年龄≥50岁者MS相关的代谢异常显著增加。结论北京地区的代谢综合征存在郊县患病率高于城市的地区性特点。当地MS的代谢异常存在增龄效应,对年龄≥50岁人群应加强MS的防治。 Objective To investigate the prevalence and characteristics of the metabolic syndrome of populations with diabetes high risk in Beijing. Methods In 1995 - 1996, 20 682 residents, half from suburbs half from urban areas, aged 25 and over, were randomly screened in Beijing area. Those whose capillary glucose concentration was above 120 mg/dl two hours after taking - in of 100 g steam - bread were subjected to 75 g oral glucose tolerance test. ECG examination was also carried out in these people together with the measurement of blood pressure and determination of plasma cholesterol, triglycerides, insulin, and urine albumin excretion. Results 554 persons had metabolic syndrome (MS) by CDS diagnostic criteria, accounting for 37.41% in 1481 people. The prevalence of MS in Beijing area was 3. 13%. The prevalence of MS in Daxing county was the highest, 49.86%. Difference in every detective index of different areas was statistically significant. Age, BMI, blood pressure, blood glucose, plasma cholesterol, triglycerides were respectively independent risk factors of MS; The prevalence of MS was increased with aging. People aged 50 years and over had higher prevalence of metabolic abnormalities related with MS. Conclusion MS in Beijing had regional characteristics, the prevalence rate in suburbs was higher than that in urban areas. The prevalence of MS was increased with aging. More attention must be paid to the prevention and the treatment of MS in those aged 50 and above.
