摘要
应用基于随机-模糊概率模型的可靠性设计理论与方法,从控制钢制薄壁内压球形容器爆破强度在压力试验和正常操作时最小模糊可靠度范围的角度,对其试验压力系数和安全系数进行了探索。结果表明:(1)基于模糊可靠度分析的抗拉安全系数nb可取≥1.80,屈服安全系数ns可取≥1.45;(2)球形容器试验压力系数的范围,在气压试验时可取1.08≤λ≤1.15,在液压试验时可取1.08≤λ≤1.29。
By using reliability design philosophy and method based on random fuzzy probability model,from the angle of controlling the detonation strength for steel thin wall inner pressure spherical tank at minimum fuzzy reliability range in normal operation, the test pressure coefficient and safety factor are explored. The result shows that (1) tensile safety factor analyzed by fuzzy reliability preferred to nb≥1.80,yield safety factor to ns≥1. 45; (2) the range of test pressure coefficient of spherical vessel is preferred to 1. 08≤λ≤1.15 under the pneumatic test and 1.08≤λ≤1. 29 under the hydraulic pressure test.
