高校学报的作用分析及科学定位

Function analysis and scientific orientation of universities' journals

对高校学报的历史作用及现状进行了分析。结果表明,高校学报在科学发展史上发挥了3大作用:对高校教学科研的促进作用,培养高科技人才的作用,学术交流的桥梁与纽带作用。高校学报固有的特性决定了它与专业性期刊的差别,高校学报目前宜继续保持其学术性、内向性和综合性的办刊特色。将所有高校学报均办成专业性期刊是不合适的。

After analyzing the historical influence and current situation of universities＇ journals, the author indicates that the universities＇ journals have been exerted three aspects of function in the science evolution history： the boosting effect on universities＇ education and scientific research, the effect on bringing up high- tech talents and the effect of linking scholastic communication. University journals＇ inherent characteristics decide its difference from other specified journals. The universities＇ journals should keep on maintaining its scholarship, introversion and integration features. It would be inapposite if all the universities＇ journals were transformed to specified journals.
