摘要
通过对基质和活性组分进行研究,开发了第三代催化裂化降低汽油烯烃含量催化剂GOR-Ⅲ。对开发的新型基质材料进行分析评价,结果表明,该材料具有双可几孔分布,重油裂化能力强;改性的Y型分子筛提高了水热稳定性;改性的择形分子筛增强了催化剂的芳构化效果。中试制备的催化剂在小型提升管装置上的评价试验结果表明,与GOR-Ⅱ相比,活性稳定性提高,重油裂化能力增强,汽油烯烃含量进一步下降,芳烃含量增加。催化剂工业试生产产品质量稳定。
GOR-Ⅲ catalyst,a new generation FCC catalyst tailored for lowering FCC naphtha olefin content,was recently developed by the Research Institute of Petroleum Processing, which had a combination of a new type of matrix material, modified zeolite Y and zeolite ZRP. This catalyst was characterized with multiple analytical techniques and its catalytic performance was evaluated. The results showed that the new matrix possessed dual-pore size distribution structure to enhance bottoms cracking, and the modifications of zeolite Y and zeolite ZRP provided improved hydrothermal stability and certain aromatization function of the catalyst. The catalyst prepared by the pilot plant was tested on a small scale riser unit. The test results showed that as compared with GOR-Ⅱ catalyst the thermal and hydrothermal stability of GOR-Ⅲ catalyst was better with less slurry yield, the olefin content in cracked naphtha decreased and the aromatic content increased. The quality of the commercial GOR-Ⅲ catalyst was good and the commercial application results showed that the olefin content of cracked naphtha was further reduced.
