摘要
从连续重整催化剂的积炭生成机理入手,分析了重整催化剂的积炭影响因素。对国外R催化剂和石油化工科学研究院研制开发的高铂PS-Ⅶ连续重整催化剂在扬子石化股份有限公司1.39Mt/a连续重整装置上工业应用的积炭情况进行对比分析。结果表明,相同工况条件下PS-Ⅶ催化剂的积炭比原使用的R催化剂降低27.32%,成功地解决了装置扩能改造后再生能力不足的问题。
Based on the mechanism of coke formation over continuous catalytic reforming (CCR) catalyst,the factors affected coke formation in CCR process were investigated. Two CCR catalysts,imported R catalyst and PS-Ⅶ catalyst developed by the Research Institute of Petroleum Processing, were applied in the 1.39 Mt/a CCR unit of Yangzi Petrochemical Company and their coking behaviors were compared. It was concluded that under the similar feed properties and operation conditions,the coke formed on the PS-Ⅶ catalyst was 27.32%o less than that on R catalyst. Thus, the limitation of regeneration capability after revamping was de-bottlenecked.
