常减压塔顶缓蚀剂配方优化 被引量:7

OPTIMIZING CORROSION INHIBITOR PACKAGE FOR THE CRUDE DISTILLATION OVERHEAD

摘要 针对炼油厂蒸馏装置塔顶低温部位HCl-H2S-H2O的腐蚀,合成了咪唑啉类缓蚀剂,并优选出一种廉价有机胺中和剂与所选缓蚀剂复配,确定了增效剂炔醇和含硫化合物的最佳加量。按缓蚀剂和中和剂的质量比为0.33、炔醇和含硫化合物的加入量均为中和缓蚀剂加入量的1%,配制的中和缓蚀剂在质量浓度为40mg/L时,针对模拟冷凝水的缓蚀率达92.72%。 Aiming at inhibiting the corrosion caused by HCl H2S-H2O system at the low temperature part of the overhead synthesized and tested. An corrosion inhibitor. Sa anti corrosion performance in simulating corrosive water was obtained with a complex containing a weight ratio adding dosages of both alkynol and sulfur containing corrosion inhibitor-neutralizer),and the concentration of and d co sulfur containing compounds, rrosion inhibitor packag system. A corrosion inhibited e exh rate of corrosion inhibitor to neutralizer of 0.33,adding dosages of both alkynol and sulfur containing compounds of 1%(based on the amount of corrosion inhibitor-neutralizer),and the concentration of said complex was 40 mg/L.
