摘要
针对炼油厂蒸馏装置塔顶低温部位HCl-H2S-H2O的腐蚀,合成了咪唑啉类缓蚀剂,并优选出一种廉价有机胺中和剂与所选缓蚀剂复配,确定了增效剂炔醇和含硫化合物的最佳加量。按缓蚀剂和中和剂的质量比为0.33、炔醇和含硫化合物的加入量均为中和缓蚀剂加入量的1%,配制的中和缓蚀剂在质量浓度为40mg/L时,针对模拟冷凝水的缓蚀率达92.72%。
