摘要
中国物种资源位居世界前列，但保护措施不力，野生物种分布范围日益缩少，生态环境恶化，灭绝与濒危物种不断增加。目前，受到威胁的物种占整个区系的１５％─２０％，高于世界１０％的水平。鉴于此，提出建立全国种质资源库和监测体系，加强物种资源的原位和迁地保护及管理；并实行保护性开发，建立商品生产基地，提高资源利用率。
hina is one of the Countries with most varieties of species resources but the protective work has not been very well done. As a consequence, the distribution zones of wild species has been reduced and their ecoenvironments are deteriorating. At present, the threatened species make up about 15%-20% of the plant and animal zones and more than 5%-10% of the average value of the world. In order to protect and use species resources sustainably, suggestions are raised to set up a national species resources bank and a species monitoring system,to strengthen dominant position and immigrant protections, and to exploit.species resources by means of setting up commodity production bases.
