含二茂铁电子传递体的葡萄糖氧化酶电极研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文研究出1,1’─二甲基二茂铁在葡萄糖/葡萄糖氧化酶体系中由酶活性中心向电极传递电子的性质,并将它应用于以共价键固定在琼脂糖微珠的葡萄糖氧化酶中,使这类电极具有了氧干扰小,pH影响小,稳定性好的优点. Electrochemlcal properties of 1,1'-dimethyl-ferrocenes in glucose/glucose oxidase solution have been investigated, which relay electrons from the active site of glucose oxidase to metal electrode.A glucose electrode containing the ferrocene and glucose oxidase immobilized on agar beads is oxygen and pH(pH6 ̄8) independent and has good operating and storage stability in the measurement of glucose in vitro.
