摘要
以触摸屏为监控窗口,PLC为核心装置,电子开关为驱动机构设计了宝钢炼铁厂皮带运输机张紧机构的控制盘。控制盘采集皮带张力、主动轮和从动轮速度的编码信号,根据中控室发出的指令,自动调节皮带张力。控制盘可以仅仅按张力大小来控制卷扬机正转或反转,达到调节张力的目的,但是按主动轮与从动轮线速度比,再结合张力大小的方式调节卷扬机,可以取得更好的控制效果。
The Control Facility of the Strain Adjusting of Belt Conveyor in BaoSteel was designed by using touch panel as the human-computer interface, PLC as the control center and electronic switching as the driver equipment. The rotary rates of both drive wheel and passivity wheel and the tense force of belt were collected. Based on the orders coming from the control center, the control facility automatically drove the windless to adjust the strain force of the belt. The control method can be based only on the strain force, but the better control effect should be gotten by using both the strain force and the rotary speeds.
