摘要
机械式自动变速器(AMT)具有传动效率高、成本低和操纵方便等优点,近年来已得到广泛应用,如何提高AMT的换档品质已成为一个重要的研究课题。结合重庆青山工业有限责任公司开发研制的SC6305(YJ5)AMT样车,对其换档品质进行实验研究,在确定换档品质评价指标的基础上,介绍了AMT系统换档品质试验方法,给出了试验结果并对其进行分析,试验结果表明所开发的AMT自动变速系统具备了较为满意的换档品质,最后找出了影响换档品质的主要因素并提出了改进方案。
Automated mechanic transmission (AMT) possesses a lot advantages such as high transmission efficient, low cost, convenient manipulation and so on. And recently it has been applied widely. How to improve the shift quality of AMT has become an important research problem. With the development of SC6035(YJ5) AMT sample car shift quality is studied through experiment. After establishing the indexes of shift quality, this paper introduces the experiment means of SC6305 (YJ5)'s AMT system shift quality, and provides the results of the experiment. The results show that this AMT system possesses content shift quality. At last, some main factors that influence the shift quality have been found and improving scheme has been provided.
