摘要
选用了四组催化体系,并以不同的配比对甲基化短梗霉多糖进行了还原裂解,其产物用GC、IR和NMR进行了分析测试.结果表明,用这四组催化体系对甲基化短梗霉多糖的还原裂解都能得到予期的产品,当Et3SiH:TMSOMS:BF3OEt2=5:5:1时效果最好.同时测定了短梗霉多糖的结构.
s:It was used four group catalyst system which the ratio is different for Redutive Cleavage of permthylated pullulan.The products of Reductive Cleavage was analysted and tested by GCand NMR. The results show that the four group catalyst system for the Reductive Cleavage of permethylated pullulan could be use and were obtained expect products.The yiled of main products demostracted that the one consisting of mixture of Et3 SiH:TMSOMS:BE3 OEt=5:5:1 was the best and the structure of pullulan was determined.
