我国纯网络科技期刊发展现状及改进对策探析

Analysis of the development status of domestic pure online sci-tech periodicals and countermeasure for improvement

以百度及Google等著名搜索引擎为主要检索工具,采用直接上网检索的方法,研究我国纯网络科技期刊的发展现状。把当前我国纯网络科技期刊分为依托印刷型科技期刊、由专业机构创办以及由网站或个人创办等3种主要形式,认为重视网络版期刊合法权认定是促进纯网络科技期刊健康发展的重要保障,建立相关评价机制是促进纯网络科技期刊发展的外在动力,加大宣传力度是纯网络科技期刊快速发展的重要措施。

Taking the famous search engines of Baidu and Google etc. as our major search tools, using the method of directly logging on the Internet, the authors have studied the development status of domestic pure web sci-tech periodicals （PWSTP）. The authors classify the PWSTP at present into three main types： printing based, originated from professional organizations, and originated from websites or individuals. The authors suggest that the regard of legal rights cognizance of online periodicals is the key guarantee of promoting the healthy development of the PWSTP, the establishment of corresponding appraise system is the extrinsic motive of promoting the development of the PWSTP, and increasing the strength of propaganda is the key measure for the rapid development of the PWSTP.
