摘要
探讨审稿、退稿、修稿过程中编辑工作的人性化问题。认为编辑与作者是相互依存的关系,编辑必须树立人性化服务理念,尊重作者、关爱作者,建立稳定的作者群,从而获得高质量的稿源,有利于期刊的可持续发展。
The authors investigated the issues of humanistic services in the processes of paper evaluation, rejection and revision. The conclusion leads to the dependent relationship between the authors and editors. Editors should build up a new concept of humanistic service. Editors should respect their authors in order to maintain stable authorship. Editors' humanistic services are beneficial to obtain manuscripts with high quality and to realize the sustainable development of their journals.
